Monsters Behind Doors
We like to explore everything even though our human mommy says not to. We tried to follow her out the front door and this monster was waiting for us!
(mom's note: Spot, our livestock guardian dog, feels very strongly that kittens should stay inside the house--she only sniffed them then herded them back, but I'm sure their stories would differ).
--We won't be going out that door again (at least until we recover from our fright brrrrrrrrrr...) (mom's note: all of two minutes)
There's another door that goes to our human mom's bedroom--we always want to follow her but another monster lives there:
No matter how much we arch our backs and puff our fur out this monster is bigger than both of us put together--scary stuff!
(mom's note: Kismet usually noses the kittens, even in their puffball state then does this):
Kiki, don't forget to look behind doors before you leap...
Ulp, woodstove fire is lit, time to take a nap...cya
